KOSYportal - The big CNC-machines

The CNC-Machines KOSYportal are built in series in different versions with different travels. But it is also possible to make customer-specific variations.
Gantry-type machines are quoted in a price-range between 8.000 € and 30.000 €, depending on size and equipment and need leadtime of at least 2 months.
Find below some of the technical data and what is part of the delivery:
CNC-Machines in gantry-type-construction are based on our ALU-profiles. They are positively screwed. The base can be cast to enhance stability.
The workpiece is stationary, the Y-travel is made by a gantry where the X- and Z-table are fixed.
The machine is available with or without underframe.

Since 2004 there has been a construction which allows surface and face machining. The machininig unit can go beyond the front machine edge; in this case the workpiece will be fixed vertically.
