Date: August 2007

BAE60 Machining unit with Osada spindle
The machining unit with comfortable high frequency spindle for small tool diameters and high rpm:

  • Precise high frequency (HF)-milling motor with 3mm-clamp(other clamps available) range of revs 1.000 ... 40.000 rpm
  • Torque 4,8 Ncm
  • Very low noise
  • Fast tool changing through lever-mechanism
  • Holder with base plate for Z-table
  • Generator in separate housing
  • Revs are programmable or manually set
  • Integration into the emergency STOP-system of Hardware and Software
  • Adapter for vacuum cleaner as option
  • Dimensions of the spindle: L = 1800 mm, Dmax = 26,5 mm
  • Weight: spindle alone 530 g, total weight approx. 900 g

The delivery of a HF-spindle contains always a generator in a separate housing placed beside the CNC-Machine. With machines of the 3rd generation KOSY3 the generator can be integrated into the machine body, if this machining unit was ordered together with KOSY3.

BAE65 Machining unit Osada with mechanical depth controller
Useful with...

  • engravings
  • circuit boards
  • drills, to prevent the workpiece to be drawn up

The holder of the spindle movable, a sensor-foot is set on the surface of the workpiece. It is fixed in such a position that the tool (router, drill, mill or the like) protrudes the foot by the dive-in depth per step (small picture).

For normal machining the holder can be fixed.

The delivery contains integrated dust collecting with hose adapter. The dust is suck away inside the sensor foot thus being very effective.
