CAD/CAM with direct CNC-control for our coordinate system KOSY3 and our Multi-Controller MCS

General information

This software is available in different versions for different applications:

Milling
The range of the software is adapted for work with CNC-milling machines. Different machining units (milling spindles, and similar) are supported to allow applications like engraving, 2 1/2- and 3D-machining, etc.
Turning
The range of the software is adapted for work with CNC-lathes. The axles are assigned accordingly and functions like pocket milling, milling PCBs. engraving, etc. are missing.

Coordinate table
The range of the software is adapted for work with a coordinate table as a positioning device in three-dimensional space. There is no machining unit (milling spindle, and similar). Instead, the system is prepared for automation work in different kinds (measuring and testing elements, dispensing units, etc.).

Full version
All functions for all supported applications are provided. This version makes sense for customers who work in an educational setting and is available as a multi-licence version without installation restrictions.

In each version
3 different levels are available, differing in price, too:

CNC
This level supports only CNC-programming, machine control and manual operation. All CAD/CAM-elements are missing.
Standard (Std.)
CAD/CAM and CNC is available for your particular application (milling, turning, see above...). But 3D-functions, like OpenGL-simulation, 3D-milling/scanning, and similar, are missing.
Professional
CAD/CAM and CNC is available for your particular application (milling, turning, see above...), including 3D-functions, like OpenGL-simulation, 3D-milling/scanning, and similar. Level "Prof" contains particularly complex and development-intensive (this means also expensive) functions, which require profound knowledge. They are designed for experts.
Specific
There may be specific customers (e.g. OEM-partners, trading firms) or specific markets (specific conditions abroad, specific branches), who need specific software features. Please contact us for consultation.

PC-System requirements

As control computer at the machine directly, min. requirements: PC586(Pentium1)/min. 400 MHz, min. 32MB RAM, Win98 (limited)/2000/NT4/XP, CD-drive, graphic resolution min. 1024x768 px, 60 MB free on HD, MS Internet-Explorer V4.02 (or later) must be installed. You can use one of your older computers here.
At your construction- and programming site, min. requirements: PC Pentium2/min.1GHz, min. 128MB, Win2000/NT/XP, MS-InternetBrowser IE5, CD-drive, graphic resolution min. 1024x768, fast OpenGL-Graphics, 60 MB free on HD.
