Update of nccad8 / Turning

Date: 2017-April
Since December 2009 nccad has been able to support CNC-lathes, too. The CAD/CAM functions are especially remarkable.
We have developped our nccad to become nccad9turn which is compatible to Windows10.

For the old version nccad8 Turning no update is available any more.
