In all our serial products this MultiController MCS is built in in different combination, that is: in our coordinate tables, CNC-machines, dispensing systems, etc.
It can also be used for controlling non-KOSY machines/mechanics in individual combinations.

For more than 10 years our Coordinate-System KOSY has been a complete CNC and CAD/CAM-System. It has been proved that many of the components of our KOSY-System are also well suited for other systems. Some examples:

Moving external mechanics by our electronical control.The customer gets one of our electronics also used in KOSY (e.g. microcontroller, interface and power pack) and a description of the protocol of the data for the transmission between PC and microcontroller. He generates his own controlling and operating program.In this case the customer can only be an industrial company with which we have a so-called OEM-agreement.
Upgrading manually operated machine to CNC-machine with the help of our electronics and CAD/CAM-software.The customer gets one of our electronics also used in KOSY (microcontroller, interface and power pack) in a closed casing. He is also supplied with our CAD-CAM-software nccad being controlling and operating program.In this case the customer can make a programmable automat out of his manually operated machine (upgrading his mechanics).
Generating CNC-programs for other CNC-Machines with the help of our CAD/CAM-software.You are supplied with a modified version of our CAD/CAM-software nccad. It can generate a CNC-program for the CNC-machine already existing.
At present 2 different controller-families are available:
The KOSY-Controls DMSxx with the interface IF3x or IF4x, proved for about 10 years and used in our machines of the 2nd generation.
The Multi-Controller MCSxx with the interface IF5x, with progressive technology and extraordinary possibilities; in use since 2005 and in our machines of the 3rd generation.
