Different possibilities

Our customers need help when the system does no longer work properly. We help in different ways:

according to our terms and conditions. The warranty covers the legal period.

Service after the warranty period:

  • On the spot - against payment of time and spare parts plus travel expenses.

  • In one of our production places or one of our authorised dealers against payment of time and spare parts.

Other possibilities:

  • Servicehelp via hotline - You call while sitting at the working system. We operate it together thus encircling the error. In most cases, the customer can solve the problem by himself, sometimes we must help.

For more than 10 years, we have delivered some thousands systems, we have experience and have always been able to help. We are very pleased and proud that the number of service cases is very small.
