KSZM1 Small-quantity-dispensing

Machining certain metals require cooling or lubricating. This is why we developed our small quantity dispenser in order to act eco-friendly in small quantities

The system has prooved to be successful. The medium is carried through a capillary tube, which prevents that any fluid leaks out during pauses. Air and medium are controlled by 2 separate relays, it is also possible to cool by air only.

Within nccad there are programming possibilities for interval-dispensing during machining.
This refers to programming (e.g. dispensing every second for 1/10 second), but also to synchronizing the machining contours (dispensing when machining only).

The delivery includes:
