Our CNC-Machines in small format are produced in different versions. We differenciate between:

Format - that means the size of the working surface, according to the German standard DIN A5 to A3
Charge/Stress and equipment - 3 different packages are available, with 3 different denominations: Special, Standard and LowCost.

The essential construction elements of all machine classes (Premium, Standard and LowCost):

• Machine base with 2 columns - where the Y-profile is embedded to guarantee stability and absorb vibration. The base houses also the electronics, the power pack and the transformer.
• X- and Z-Axis-modules as a unit - screwed to the columns to be adjustable.
• Switch and status-display outside - can always be viewed, not cvovered.
• Dust absorption - the machining units dispose of adapters and connections for a vacuum cleaner.

The machine classes Premium and Standard have got the following additional elements:

• Assembly and transportation boreholes in the base - They go through the base in 4 spots, allowing the machine to be fixed. Normally, they are covered ba rubber mats.
• Control Hardware built in the base - Saving space and "tidying up" the cable routing.
• Energy chain for X and Z - Clear professional cable routing with additional connection for the machining unit at the terminal box.

Integrated protection hood - It is made of break-proof synthetic material, protects the surroundings, reduces noise and makes the machine look nice. The inner workings can be viewed from all sides and the pivoting range of the hood is big enough not to disturb when working or cleaning.

The machine class Premium has got the following additional elements:

• Connector panel behind the front lid - Optional operational elements, like handwheel, Override, etc. can be connected in the front. All necessary hardware elements are already built in in this series - MCS Upgrade-set.
• The mechanical elements for high load/strain are built in.

Compared to the 2nd generation, the technical data of the machine have been improved with regard to max. feed, accuracy and resolution.

The different forms and dimensions of the machines do not differ in their basic structure.

• A5-Version - Travel approx. 210x150x70/50mm*
• A4-Version - Travel approx. 220x310x106/100 mm
• A3-Version - Travel approx. 520x310x106/100mm
• A3lang-Version - Travel approx. 820x310x106/100mm

With the A3-Versions, 2 resp. 3 linear profiles are set one beside the other. So the depth of the machine is still manageable.

The linear profile has been substantially developed. The supporting middle areas have been reinforced, the bowing is therefore a lot less, there is more room for bigger motors through longer bars, the cover can be integrated more easily and guide channels are embedded for the position measuring rulers.

Between the columns behind the X-module you get room for additional electronic components. Especially the output stages, power packs and/or frequency changers for the different machining units can be easily housed.
