For years, nccad has been delivered with our coordinate-system KOSY and with the controllers. This software was developed by ourselves and was adjusted to our MultiController MCS in 2005. It is available since version 7.5.

You can select beween 3 different sub-versions of the software:

CNC-Version

• CNC-Editor, CNC-import, CNC-operation, manual operation, zeropoint management. No CAD/CAM-Functions.
• Licence related to control - Machine control at original machine only. - Progr. can be run at any number of PCs.

Function Version

• CAD/CAM/CNC - from drawing to machining. Limited range of functions according to order, e.g. for CNC-lathe only or CNC-milling machine or dispensing systems.
• Licence related to control - Machine control at original machine only. - Progr. can be run at any number of PCs.

Full Version

• CAD/CAM/CNC - from drawing to machining. Full range of functions for all applications.
• Licence related to control - Machine control at original machine only. - Progr. can be run at any number of PCs.

Extended Manual operation since nccad7.5 for MCS

In order to be able to use all technical features of the MCS, the manual operation has been substantially extended. What is new, compared to older versions?

• Switch to cursor operation in jumps
• Contact Help for easier setting of the workpiece zeropoint
• "Go to retreat height" via button
• Switch to manual operation by handwheel (optional) or JoyStick (optional)
• Increased number of relays with free name-giving
• Direct operation of the C-Axis, if AxisController and machining unit BAE5x is available (optional)
• Direct operation of the analogue output, if equiped (optional)

Parameter-adjustment

In order to take the various possiblities of the MCS into account, the range of parameter settings was substantially extended since version 7.5.

Upgrade-Service

The delivery of the MCS includes a Flash-Tool for the PC. When it is installed and started in your PC, the different microcontrollers of the controller can be flashed anew, i.e. they can be given another Firmware.
